Administrative Assistant/Receptionist responsibilities include maintaining appropriate software systems & providing great customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Outlook, Excel, and Word with the willingness to learn new software systems.

If you have previous experience or a familiarity within the insurance industry as a Secretary or administrative assistant you will be given special consideration but it is not required.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of new business apps & contracting
  • Update CRM (Client Relationship Manager software)
  • Provide support to advisors over the phone
  • Liaise with administrative & sales team to handle advisor requests and queries

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Additional qualification as a Social Media Manager is a plus

10AM - 5PM - Mon - Thur | 10AM - 4PM - Fri

(Could start at 8AM or 9AM we can be flexible to meet the right candidates needs)
