We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator. The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting hourly and campus recruitment, maintaining records, and supporting HR staff with various activities. The HR Administrator will collaborate with various HR Teams, including the US South HR Operations Teams, as well as the Corporate Recruiting Team and will be able to build and maintain effective relationships.
What You'll Do
Support hourly and campus recruitment efforts including planning, coordinating and follow-up of virtual and on-site hiring events.
Maintain recruitment records and manage data through our ATS, Cornerstone OnDemand.
Work collaboratively with and support all HR staff in the region on various HR activities.
Develop and maintain various HR reports to support region.
Manage administrative activities to support region HR.
Understand the core business objectives and support their success.
Assist all employees with HR, benefit and payroll related inquiries or requests and act as liaison with various internal and external resources as needed.
