We are currently seeking several full time Client Service Coordinators to work in our Non-Clinical Operations department. Ideal candidates should enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative atmosphere, performing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Transcribe on-site assessments to the LTS database and enter invoice information into our Account Payable software;

2.Maintain productivity standard in accordance with hours worked;

3.Maintain quality standard at 95% or better;

4.Use appropriate resources to ensure accurate information;

5.Disseminate information to appropriate recipients as necessary;

6.Support Customer Account Representatives and Accounting Department with follow up communications (phone calls, faxing, etc);

7.Recognize and communicate problems/issues immediately for rapid resolution;

8.Uphold confidentiality standards as defined by LTS and HIPAA;

9.Process hospice referrals and medical information retrieval (MIR), with continued follow up on any outstanding documents;

10.Make initial calls to claimants/families when a referral comes in, to introduce LTS and the assessment process;

11.Create and provide a list of community resources as requested by claimants/families;

12.Additional relevant duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma required, college degree preferred;

- Excellent typing and transcription skills;

- Computer literacy;

- Good oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation;

- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred;

- Organized, team oriented, polite, and adaptable to the fluctuating needs of the position.
