Job Description

We are searching for elite experienced customer service representatives to work challenging assignments within our fast-paced office environment. We are looking for top producers. Confident customer service representatives who are experienced. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, updating designated accounts, helping locate collateral, as well as communicating with our clients. The responsibilities of this position are performed 100% in our offices - it does not require field work or travel.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving the use of Public record and social media to gain leads in locating debtors.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Experience with Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial
  • High level of experience using MS Word, Excel, and related applications
  • Expected to work a queue of 100-150 accounts in an expeditious and efficient manner with attaining a high % of successful recoveries
  • Expected to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Monday through Friday work week
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Pass drug screen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
