We're hiring experienced Auto Parts Dealer Support Specialists for our location in Saginaw, Michigan.

As an Auto Parts Dealer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for working with automotive dealerships across the country to problem solve and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs. This is a Monday through Friday role with no weekend hours, and could be the ideal job for you if you've worked at a dealership parts counter, at a retail shop that specializes in aftermarket automotive parts and accessories, or if you have extensive experience with car, truck or SUV parts as an automotive enthusiast. We'll provide you with ongoing training so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledge.

Auto Parts Customer Service Representative Qualifications

What you'll need:
Outstanding car/auto parts knowledge
Ability to identify key auto parts and assemblies
High school diploma or GED
Computer and typing proficiency (Take a free typing test to prepare!)

Nice to have:
Experience working in a dealership or auto parts store (e.g., Napa, AutoZone, O’Reilly)
Experience researching auto parts online
