Position Overview: As the MSO, you will play a pivotal role under the guidance of the Operations Manager. You will oversee service delivery, personnel management, client services, and financial performance across multiple accounts. Your mission: to lead our front-line teams, optimize workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve unparalleled operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
General Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch quality and compliance.
- Hire, train, and schedule employees while managing contracts and budgets.
- Enforce internal policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Primary Duties:
- Foster a collaborative work environment with effective communication channels.
- Lead and inspire staff to reach their full potential.
- Manage payroll, performance evaluations, recruitment, and retention efforts.
- Partner with leadership to exceed contractual obligations.
- Enhance customer service through policy and protocol review and enforcement.
- Effectively manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, staff, and business units.
- Be accessible for phone and video calls to support and facilitate communication.
Client Services:
- Collaborate with Medical Client Leads (MCL) to resolve client-driven issues.
- Plan and facilitate regular meetings and reviews with clients.
- Refine presentations and address personnel and service issues promptly.
- Support timely client invoicing by providing necessary information.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement innovative strategies to create a positive work culture.
- Develop and execute plans to attract and select exceptional candidates.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Partner with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient schedules.
- Mentor and guide team members, offering professional development opportunities.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team leaders and front-line teams for updates.
Supervisory and Leadership Skills:
- Inspire and motivate through exceptional leadership.

- Participate in periodic on-camera presence for this remote position.
Qualifications:
- Required: 2-3 years of direct experience managing employees.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare.
- Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare setting.
