QA INSPECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Inspector must work closely with QA team, Production leadership and all other personnel to determine and maintain quality standards
- Daily in-process inspections to ensure all processes are in compliance with product and Certification requirements
- Perform Receiving, First Piece and Final Inspections using various tools such as a tape measure, durometer, calipers etc.
- Participate in corrective action projects and other QA related special activities
- Verifies documentation such as Pack Lists, Purchase Orders and vendor certifications
- Interprets and utilizes inspection procedures, Work Instructions, Fabrication drawings and documentation processes
- Must perform specific test preparations, tests and test documentations
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel and email
- Must know how to read a tape measure.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools is a desirable but not a requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
