Bard has joined BD, together advancing the world of health. BD Urology & Critical Care, formerly Bard Medical, is looking to fill the position of Synergy Work Stream Coordinator located in Covington, GA.

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:
This position will act as coordinator for all UCC Synergy Work Stream weekly and monthly status reporting. The position will interface with cross functional stakeholders and project leaders to update multiple projects within 13 Work Streams.

This position is full time and comes along with full health and welfare benefits for 24 months. After the 24 months you are eligible to apply and post to other positions within the company.

Essential job Functions:
  • Design/Maintain Project Tracking Dash Boards using Excel or similar tool
  • Follow-up with Work Stream Leads from BDX, Manufacturing Plants and UCC to assimilate project information on a daily basis
  • Coordinate/Facilitate project update meetings
  • Communicate via presentations project status to multiple project teams and management

High Proficiency in Excel Pivot Table design and use
High Proficiency in Project Tracking Dash Board Design
Ability to travel to plants in Mexico and US
Basic understanding and use of Project Management Tools, Timelines, Budgets, etc.
Ability to create and execution Power Point Project Summary Presentations
Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access.
Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, time management and professionalism
Strong information management skills.
Strong listening and assessment skills.
Strong analytical thinking, questioning & problem-solving skills.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum undergraduate degree (BS) in Science, Engineering, Operations or Accounting
1-3 Years Project Management, Operations, Accounting

Physical Demands:
Ability to travel to Mexico and throughout the US. Employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk, hear, and walk and stand on concrete surface for extended periods.
