Job Description

The Role
We seeking a candidate who is both a professional product marketer, capable of supporting sales and demand generation with both strategic guidance and the content needed to support their efforts while also being a driver of product and business strategy for the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical and data-driven with a thirst to deeply understand our business performance combined with the capacity and desire to understand our products and their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. He/she appreciates that a deep understanding of our value proposition and competitive position is necessary to be a successful product marketing leader. He/she can effectively use this knowledge to inform go-to-market and product strategies. At the same time, he/she is creative with a passion for consistently executing corporate and product positioning and the writing/storytelling skills to do it well.

Responsibilities:
Having and advocating a strong point of view on company and product strategy
Product marketing strategic planning and execution (includes product packaging, vertical marketing strategy and execution, solutions strategy and execution)
Sales enablement content strategy and development
Demand generation content development
Thought leadership content strategy and development
Pricing and pricing analysis
Product packaging and naming
Product and release launches
Industry analyst relations
Team leadership

Experience:
Successful multiple years of experience in CPM or ERP cloud software product marketing at the senior director or VP level.
Successful track record of leading high performance teams

Education:
Flexible; the ideal candidate has a BS undergrad, preferably in engineering, computer science or mathematics and an MBA
