We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team.
This is 100% commission with no base pay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing insurance-related services to clients, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating insurance options to customers. This is a commission work opportunity.
*Duties*
- Market insurance products to potential clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain insurance options
- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist with benefits administration for clients
- Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base (not required).
*Experience*
- No experience in insurance sales is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and understand various insurance products
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service roles would be beneficial
