The Position
As part of the BPM Office, manage projects for the overall company using Business Process Improvement methodologies
Facilitate achievement of Arch’s strategic goals, while incorporating improved efficiency and scalability, increased IT system efficacy, better alignment of resources, and increased discipline in daily operations for end-to-end enterprise business processes

Job Responsibilities

Manage projects, working with business subject matter experts
Work collaboratively across Arch departments to help improve business processes
Review end-to-end processes, documenting them using BPMN
Evaluate, design, execute, measure, and monitor business processes
Ensure that business process outcomes are in line with Arch’s strategic goals
Develop ROI models for process and performance improvement projects
Facilitate continuous improvement activities including streamlining and introducing innovation to impact results, reducing wasted money and time
Desired Skills

Insurance experience
Lean Six Sigma experience
Required Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or similar field
Business Process Management certification
Project Management certification
Total command of project and change management process, methodologies and tools & technologies
Strong business intuition skills
Expert problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent facilitation skills with ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Self-starter with ability to work independently and unsupervised
Proficiency with MS Project, VISIO
