Rate of Pay: $125,000 per year to $142,500 per year

Duties: Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Security Ops, GRC. Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document business and technical requirements. Present passionate, persuasive, strategic, and technically competent subject matter expert expertise to our clients and vendors, paving a path to solutions around ServiceNow. Understand and articulate additional drivers, challenges, inhibitors, and conditions driving cloud and similar next-generation technologies within a customer’s environment. Proactively maintain a considerable technical and functional knowledge of evolving market solutions and offerings. Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow Administrators and Developers to craft solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies. Investigate/research and give technical advice to the adoption or integration of existing and new enterprise applications. Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades, patches and releases. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution. Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate. Develop user and executive leadership reports, dashboards, and homepages. Develops queries to extract data for user needs. Tests reports and uses problem solving skills to determine problems’ root cause and suggest solutions with users. Records limits, sort order, scripts and relevant data to document report logic and operations. Discusses with staff, users and management to develop requirements to create new report or revise current report. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Math, Physics, or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Math, Physics, or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or 1 year of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Elicitation; 2) current and future state definition; 3) UAT; 4) Requirements life cycle management; 5) Project Management and Engagement Leadership; 6) ServiceNow Consulting 7) Requirements gathering; and 8) Reporting and data analysis in ServiceNow, Solar Winds, Crystal reports, SSRS and SAS.
