Position Summary...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
What you'll do...
Integrates processes across the program and operations by serving as a liaison between store operations and the home office project team; establishing a communication pipeline between stakeholders to align on strategy and execution; evaluating the execution of program plans and projects and identifying any gaps; consulting with leadership regarding proposed solutions; utilizing process engineering principles to coordinate cross-functional execution of company initiatives across multiple stakeholders (for example, merchandising, operations, human resources); providing guidance on hiring, training, and development of the department and associates supporting the program; adapting training and resources to meet store associate needs for new processes or initiatives; and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders (for example, Fresh Operations, Store Operations) to monitor, align, and drive progress and performance of execution.

Leads projects (for example, program launches, grand opening events, trainings) to drive business development and program efficiencies in stores by leveraging project management skills to develop attainable goals with clear timelines; gathering and analyzing data (for example, competitor insights, performance metrics, root cause analysis, community event participation); identifying and analyzing operational gaps across assigned stores; developing and implementing solutions to improve process productivity and quality; identifying opportunities within the community to drive business (for example, increase awareness of offerings, answer community questions); developing strategies and overseeing their implementation in order to address areas of opportunities and increase key performance indicators (KPIs; for example, customer satisfaction scores, wait time, sales, item quality); overseeing process improvement projects across multiple facilities; and working with operations leadership to im

Drives and oversees the in-store execution of the program by partnering with leadership to determine the program strategy and execution goals; evaluating pre-launch requirements and determining next steps (for example, continuing with launch, delaying launch); touring and auditing stores to evaluate program performance and key performance indicators (for example, customer satisfaction scores, wait time, sales, picked item quality); performing a needs assessment to identify areas of opportunity; evaluating performance and processes and determining their impact on the total store; providing guidance on and addressing customer contacts; managing relationships with third-party providers; and developing new metrics and utilizing current metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field and 1 year's experience in retail operations, or related field OR 4 years' experience in retail operations, or related field.
