Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
l Work in a fast paced, high stress work environment
l Lift 35 pounds and carry 20 pounds.
l Work under hot, wet conditions

l Work days, nights, weekends and holidays
l Stoop, bend and twist
l Tolerate areas with secondary smoke.
l Tolerate high noise levels, bright light and dust.
Overall Responsibilities:
l Responsible for cleaning and washing of restaurant dishes.
Essential Functions:
l Cleaning and washing dishes, glassware, and silverware.
l Cleaning and washing pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils.
l Stock the cooking line with clean dishes.
l Stock the server station with clean dishes, glassware and silverware.
l Clean and maintain the dish washing system.
l Assist the kitchen staff as needed.
l Duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
l Any reasonable request made by management.
l Meeting attendance requirements of the job, and adhering to policies and procedures.
l Keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
l Performing all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
l Maintaining proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
