Do you have an interest in property management? Are you an excellent communicator? Can you write well?

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work and who loves meeting and helping people. We are a property management company, with several properties across 11 states. We are looking to add one more person to our management team. This is an entry-level position with potential to advance.

We would prefer someone who is familiar with computers and the internet, including spreadsheet and excel. This is a sales / marketing / collections / management trainee position. You must be able and willing to be trained. This means you must have good reading comprehension skills, since our training program requires you to read manuals and pass tests.

We are looking for innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others in a fast paced environment while able to maintain relationships with our tenants and clientele.

Purpose of Position:

  • Support the manager in all aspects of decision making and tenant relations.

Primary Duties:

  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants
  • Greet prospective tenants and show apartments
  • Work with various clients and staff to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for better marketing of properties
  • Provide coordination and project management to ensure profitability success.


  • 1-2 years’ experience or training in property management or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
  • Desire to succeed
