The primary function of the Non-CDL Driver is to plan and execute delivery activities. This includes preparing delivery loads, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns. The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for unloading, installing, and checking appliances and store equipment. The Non-CDL Driver is also responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles, and observing safety procedures regarding Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools.
This includes complying with reporting. Lastly, the Non-CDL Driver is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.
