What you’ll be doing...
We help customers leverage the technology that transforms their business to deliver better outcomes and performance. You’ll have a vital role as an advanced communication specialist being a trusted business partner for our customers to create strategies and plans which drive the adoption of video, audio conferencing, and other services that help people collaborate better at work. Partnering with account and implementation teams, you’ll identify opportunities, generate business unit leads, create marketing and adoption campaigns, and develop end user training. Your goal will be to make new sales and to increase usage within your assigned customer segment. We deliver game changing solutions to connect people the world over and you can help us make it happen.
Partnering with the customer, account, and implementation teams to demonstrate the business value of Advanced Communications services and to drive the adoption of services.
Managing implementations ensuring timely project completion, and accelerating revenue through identification and closure of incremental usage.
Initiating and executing customer campaigns, end user training, updates, and capturing additional seats and expanding usage across your accounts.
Building the advanced communications solutions business within your client base.
Tracking, reporting progress, and uncovering new opportunities with sales automation tools.
You are excited by identifying opportunities to the benefits technology offers to help customers connect in new and better ways. You build credibility quickly with your consultative selling approach, understanding of the customer and their business, and your ability to align technical solutions to their business needs. You thrive in an environment that allows you to build partnerships, create innovative solutions, and bring strategies to life. You have strong communication and presentation skills that enable you to convey a persuasive message. Winning to you means collaborating with your team to drive sales and achieve the best outcome for the customer and us.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Sold and/or implemented complex technology solutions to large corporations.
Even better if you have:
Sold global advanced communications solutions such as, Call Center Services, Unified Communications, and/or collaboration services.
Managed large complex global technical product implementations. Ideally, advanced communication or collaboration tools.
Expertise in collaboration tools (Webex or net conferencing tools), video communications (Skype, Cisco Meeting Room, Jabber, various telepresence and video solutions), and how they can be applied to large business customers.
Consulted or sold within Public, Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, Utilities, Healthcare, or Logistics sectors.
