*Prepares direct care nursing schedule to meet facility needs.
*Posts daily assignments.
*Assists in securing coverage when needed.
*Accurately enters and maintains data pertaining to attendance and scheduling.
*Reviews missed punches and addresses concerns.
*Proactively assists in ensuring DCN HPPD, DCN OT , etc are aligned with budget and daily census with appropriate scheduling adjustments completed daily as needed.
*Performs other duties as assigned.
HarborView Health Systems, the Southeast leading healthcare provider is acquiring Edgecombe Health and Rehabilitation Center which will become Edgecombe Health and Rehab of HarborView effective March 1st, 2022. The company plans to implement substantial rehabilitation and modernization of the facility to put a brand-new face on a familiar place. Experience:
- Medical scheduling: 1 year (Required)
- Nursing home: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
