Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Attorney role located in Cleveland, OH. As a personal injury attorney at Thomas Law Offices, you will be responsible for handling clients' cases, filing lawsuits, negotiations with opposing counsel, and representing clients in court. You will develop a strategy for each case assigned to you, including researching legal questions, drafting legal documents, and conducting depositions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
- Must be admitted to practice in Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.
- Superior research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a heavy caseload.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with personal injury law is highly preferred.
- Must be able to provide excellent client service and work well in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
