We are looking for a Maintenance Technician that is flexible for AM & PM shift to join our team at Wyndham Corpus Christi Resort.
Job Description:
Maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms & contents, public areas, laundry, kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation and water treatment/plumbing systems.
Must understand how to set up and execute maintenance systems and protocols, be proficient with preventative maintenance program.
Maintains a work order assignment program for completed and pending work orders. Prioritizes and completes work orders in a timely manner and monitors all deficiencies.
Assess critical situations (fire, natural disasters, major mechanical malfunctions) and facilitate an immediate and appropriate response.
Must work independently at times with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
