Duties: - Craft and serve an array of coffee beverages following standardized recipes - Operate espresso machines and various coffee-making equipment proficiently - Take precise customer orders and process transactions accurately - Manage cash transactions and utilize the Aloha POS system efficiently - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times - Adhere to food safety protocols and regulations diligently - Assist patrons in selecting menu items and offer personalized recommendations - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to maintain efficient service, especially during peak hours - Enhance sales by recommending additional products and merchandise to customers Experience: - Prior experience in the retail or food industry, particularly as a Barista, is preferred - Proficiency in retail math, cash handling, and operating POS systems is advantageous - Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety practices is beneficial - Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment - Knowledge of basic math for ingredient measurements and transaction processing If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a collaborative work setting, we invite you to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our team as a Barista.
