We are looking for a motivated, responsible, determined, organized, result-oriented leader capable of guiding, maintaining, coaching, and motivating the whole team. It’s important that you have a responsible approach to work and can provide a respectful attitude to your co-workers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and coach the team
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Supervise cashiers including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work.
- Authorize returns, exchanges, and voids
- Train new cashiers
- Monitor sales volume and set cashiers weekly schedules to meet business needs
- Review schedule daily to ensure it is followed
- Provide reports of the work performed
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Experienced in Inventory Management, and/or Warehouse Management and/or Retail Management at least 2 years
- Strong leadership and communicative skills
- Driver's license and vehicle
- Strong problem-solving, management, and organization skills
- Ability to fact-check the information
- Ability to maintain a friendly work environment
- Must be 21 or older
Schedule:
Tuesday-Wednesday - Days OFF;
Thursday - 5PM - 12AM;
Friday - 4 PM - 12AM;
Saturday - 4 PM - 12AM;
Sunday - 4 PM - 12AM;
Monday - 5 PM - 12AM.
