Some experience working on residential gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and air conditioners is required for this technician level position. That experience should include diagnosing failed components such as contactors, capacitors, flame igniters, control boards along with understanding super heat and sub-cool readings and static pressure readings as well as using an inspection camera to inspect heat exchangers. 2 years of residential equipment replacement would be a plus.
