What you will do
The Pricing Manager develops and implements pricing initiatives that support the Endoscopy Division’s profitability goals and pricing strategy.
Develops and maintains a robust set of metrics to evaluate and monitor the progress of pricing initiatives.
Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives.
Compiles and manages the analysis and interpretation of pricing metrics, and serves as a facilitator to stakeholders in interpreting the data analysis in order to drive behaviors and to improve financial position.
Works with Marketing to develop and maintain List and Floor Pricing for the Division.
Influences improved pricing through creating pricing awareness and then working directly with the Sales Force, Sales Management, and Marketing on either specific deals or initiatives.
Monitors pricing’s impact on profitability for the division and regions as needed.
Provides prompt support, analysis, information and guidance to all stakeholders to facilitate the Division’s goals.
Provides direction, analysis, and support in the development of GPO and IDN contracts, Transfer Prices and strategic pricing plans.
Represent the Endoscopy Division on cross divisional Pricing Projects.
Work with HCS and other divisions on the pricing strategy for large Cross Divisional deals
Develops and maintains effective relationships in order to help drive strategic pricing decisions.
Identifies issues in Division practices, data entry, deal structures, etc. to help preserve the integrity of our metrics.
Works with other Departments to help improve Order Management or other processes.
Identifies and manages implementation of new tools/systems beneficial to pricing/profitability management.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team.
Manages other Finance products as assigned.
Manages team of analysts and mentors their growth.
What you need
At least 5-7 years related experience.
B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong ability to present information to small and large audiences.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient on Microsoft Suite applications.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally.
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Work From Home: Occasional
Travel Percentage: 10%
