Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team and assist in various administrative tasks and mail-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in office equipment operation, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. 1. Incoming Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming physical mail and medical CD’s promptly, ensuring the proper routing of mail to respective departments or individuals. Handle returned mail by updating addresses or forwarding to the correct recipient. Attach emails and faxes to relevant files.
2. Outgoing Mail: Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified mail, packaging and labeling, arranging for courier or postal services as required. Maintain postage records and ensure sufficient postage supplies. Prepare and send welcome packets, information, and documentation to new clients, ensuring they receive all necessary materials.
3. Supply Oversight: Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed. Assist with onboarding new hires and securing necessary office and IT equipment.
4. Office Maintenance: Complete basic office tasks as assigned. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, communicating with building management for service as needed.
5. Lead Outreach Video Mailing: Prepare lead outreach materials, including videos and promotional content, ensuring timely delivery and follow up when necessary.
6. Reception: Provide assistance to the Receptionist team as needed, answering calls and routing to appropriate members of staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
- Proficiency in basic office software and equipment (e.g., printers, laptop equipment, desktop setups).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
