Our Personal Assistant to CEO / Office Manager role is comprised of the following:
Implement the vision of the owner on a tight schedule
Recruit and hire proactively to our capacity needs
Manage employees growth plans and quarterly reviews
Manage vacation & sick
Office culture cheerleader and corporate events planner
Order office supplies and assist with budgeting
Manage our fleet of cars
Assist with real estate planning as we continue to grow
Amazing optimistic attitude!
Must have a systematic approach
Must have a bachelors degree in HR discipline
Must have 3+ years HR experience
Experience managing and growing people and teams
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience working with a budget
