As the Associate Director –Application and Infrastructure
Support you will provide leadership, support and team supervision in support of
the Advertising Technology Group – Engineering team, supporting the new
AT&T Advertising and Analytics company.

The position will be the leader for and responsible for
providing Production, Application and Infrastructure support to the Data
Enablement engineering team. This is in support of the overall Advertising
Technology Group Engineering organization for industry - leading-edge solutions
supporting the core ad-tech stack, product revenue and data enablement products
supporting our pivot to Advertising as a Service.

You will support, lead, staff and manage a team of employees
and vendor relationships to ensure the stability and operations of the Data
Enablement applications. This includes but is not limited to managing and
ensuring the overall health of the assigned applications including problem
management, day to day operations and overall stability of all operational
aspects of the applications. This will include establishing and managing all
production changes as well as recommendation and implementation of continuous
process improvement.

Key Roles and

The incumbent interviews and selects employees, maintains proper
staffing levels, allocates resources, supervises teams daily operations, productivity,
identifies areas for improvement, develops action plans to improve performance, develops teams
technical and managerial expertise through on-the-job and formal training opportunities,
enforces Company policies, takes necessary disciplinary action, evaluates individual performance for
annual performance review, merit increases, promotions and other employment status changes,
and conducts long-range planning for the team. Responsible for budget management, and
coordinating, evaluating, and partnering

with technology vendors, outside consultants and internal
dotted line resources as needed. Acts as main contact with other organizations to identify and
quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develops and implements business
strategy, and assists in setting strategic technical direction. May also manage complex
enterprise-wide, multiple applications, or system development projects by working with clients to develop
business cases, defining business and/or technical requirements, defining the projects scope and
work schedules, estimating necessary resources, allocating capital and expense funding, and
reconciling the actual expenses to

estimates to keep the project within budget
