We currently have an opportunity for a Operations Supervisor to join our impressive Federal Operations and Maintenance Team.


Supervise service personnel at multiple facilities.
Work with Manager to ensure timely regulatory compliance and reporting
Conduct regular inspection and audit of site conditions and operations and manage the implementation of any required corrective measures with staff and outside subcontractors.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular safety and equipment operations training to operating staff.
Work with staff to forecast and maintain maintenance, repair and replacement stock on assigned projects
Implement and coordinate inventory of interchangeable parts and equipment for all locations
Coordinate operations with the end user.
Participate in project turnover from construction to operational status including the hiring of new service technicians; manage the initial training of new technicians by equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
Manage office personnel and parts ordering and coordination
Estimate service related projects
Provide Sales support on energy end use and alternative energy projects
Perform other duties as required.
Maintain service database
Perform other duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Operations and Maintenance at a management level. Specifically in the field of MEP and HVAC.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in developing, implementing and executing complicated preventative maintenance programs
Knowledge and experience in Computerized Maintenance and Management systems (CMMS)
Government, State and municipal contracting experience including background and knowledge of the practices, procedures and processes of contract administration, knowledge of relevant laws, FAR regulations, terms and conditions and policies governing contracts.
Experience in energy efficiency
Experience managing multiple employees, sites and subcontractors.
Experience with management and morale of a technical workforce
