Golf Cart Attendant

Summary:

Golf Cart Attendants will be in charge of providing a five star experience for all guests on property. It is the primary duty of Golf Cart Attendants to be visible to arriving and departing guests at all times while on duty in order to assist them as needed. Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skill sets. This is a high energy, high touch position that will require excellent people skills and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended days when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following:

  • Engaging all guests at Half Moon Bay Golf Links utilizing the cornerstones of our Five Star Standards hospitality program; Warm Welcome, Genuine Engagement, Anticipation & Delivery, Recovery & Empowerment, and a Fond Farewell
  • Be visible at all times to arriving and departing guests and assist as needed
  • Clean, stock, and maintain golf cars
  • Setup, maintain, and clean up practice areas
  • Assist with tournament setup
  • Facilitate golf package & tournament services

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with valet operations
  • Assists other departments when necessary

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled in High School)
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work a minimum of three days per week (including at least one weekday)
