As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be on the front lines for all questions and inquiries related to our products, service, and orders. You’ll assist customers by educating them on better sleep habits and technologies (we’ll train you to become an expert on everything sleep-related), answering product and service questions, following up with orders, and ensuring ultimate satisfaction. You’ll represent the Amerisleep brand and uphold our reputation while helping clients achieve the best sleep they’ve ever had.

Responsibilities

Provide support and answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats. You’ll be the go-to for all questions regarding product information, order placement, and order follow up.
Be the expert. Have confidence and understanding of our products and be prepared to advise customers on why Amerisleep is the best choice for their sleep needs.
Be an effective communicator. Listen, learn, and engage customers to educate them on our products and brand values. Have confidence in yourself and trust that you are providing customers with the best and most relevant information possible.
Make a meaningful impact on customers’ lives. Take pride in crafting a memorable customer experience.
Be a problem solver. Successfully manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues with a calm and cool approach.
Maintain professional and friendly communications. Whether over the phone, over email, or in-person, we want to ensure our customers receive the best, courteous, customer service possible.
Manage multiple customer accounts. You need to be quick on your feet when it comes to ensuring all customers receive your attention in-store and online.
Conduct research and analyze the competition. When it comes to sleep, there are many options out there. We need you to know the competition in order to best educate customers on our unique offerings.
Be a team player. We’re a small but powerful team. Team support and engagement is expected from all of our employees.
Be an Amerisleep ambassador at all times. We are looking for an ambitious and intelligent professional who wants to be part of building a great company and culture.
Qualifications

Demonstrate a great attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.
Availability for weekend and weekday hours are required.
Skilled with cloud applications and office technology.
Honesty and integrity are essential. You want our customers to refer their friends to you!
Goal oriented, self-reliant, and professional.
Active learner who loves finding ways to improve your experience with customers.
Able to demonstrate English language proficiency (written and spoken). Second language skills encouraged.
Must be flexible and adaptable in order to anticipate customer needs and interests.
Demonstrate passion for customer service via telephone, email, in-person, and online chat.
Proficient in multitasking, so you can successfully engage multiple tasks at a time.
Demonstrate empathy and patience for customers needs.
Maintain a positive attitude throughout the day and be prepared to change gears or repeat process as needed.
Requirements

A 4-year Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of sales/customer service experience.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Previous experience utilizing new technology tools and software.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant multi-tasking.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
