Who are we and what do we do?
Well, we are a leading Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Company and although that may not sound "riveting", you’d be surprised. The "Leading" and "Commercial" in the description includes servicing over 4,000 Starbucks, Best Buys, Chipotle’s, Jack-in-the-Box’s, Verizon Stores, FedEx locations, and A LOT more companies that you probably would recognize. We’re in 12 states and have been doing this for years!

We are customer service ninjas…humble, driven, absolute experts…but we also have a lot of fun with our clients and each other!

Our current CSR’s created this schedule to work for them and it does! Maybe it will for you? Here’s how it works:

Our Pay Days are Weekly, and are Every Friday…

Our CSR’s work 4 - 10’s the last 4 days of the Work Week (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun) and 4 - 10’s the first 4 days of the following Work Week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs).

Therefore, they are paid 40 hours every Friday (as well as being eligible for benefits, 401(k) and PTO accrual).

Then, (the best part) the CSR’s are OFF for 6 consecutive days (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed).

Required Experience:
What are the qualifications for this position?

Previous experience as Customer Service Rep;

Computer savvy - strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (ticketing software experience a plus);

Exemplary interpersonal and relationship building skills;

An innate sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure;

Fantastic organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

Excellent English Language written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to work in an office setting for 10 hours a day.
