Major Functions:
Responsible for filling all open positions within HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. quickly and effectively in a high paced high-volume environment. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and assisting getting offers made.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Upon receipt of authorized notification of a position opening, initiate recruiting process for qualified candidates
Source candidates
Direct source with cold calling to competitors or other companies
Follow up all referrals (employee and other)
Review existing files and ATS database for resumes
Search websites for qualified candidates
Determine other recruiting sources
Select candidates and schedule initial interview
Conduct legal, effective structured interview to determine fit for position, company and supervisor/co-workers
Ensure designated testing is completed for specified positions
Follow up on post-interview feedback - candidates and hiring manager
Schedule selected, qualified candidates for second interviews with the hiring manager
Investigate and resolve potential counter-offer issues
Schedule and arrange travel for out of state candidates
Travel as needed to out-of-state sites for interviewing
Update applicant tracking system spread sheets
Selected Candidates
Notify Application Processing to initiate background and reference checks
Handle follow up calls from candidates
Upon receipt of approval notice discuss with Hiring Manager final offer terms and extend authorized offer (verbal and in writing) and establish a start date for the candidate
Upon receipt of signed offer letter, notify HR to initiate on-boarding process
Notify Hiring Manager of acceptance and start date
Schedule new employee for orientation and training
Update applicant tracking system
Provide data and reports as requested and needed
Work planning, prioritization and assignment
Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Commitments
Meet position requirements and objectives
Demonstrate and encourage integrity and alignment with Company Vision, Mission and Values
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Interviewing skills
Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting
Recruiting and selection skills - web-based and other sources
Knowledge of mortgage banking terminology and functions helpful
High level of professionalism; professional demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Sales and customer service skills
PC Skills (MS Office)
Analytical and mathematical skills and applications
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)

Education, Training and Experience Required:
College degree in Bus Admin, HR or Communication or equivalent experience
1-2 years mortgage banking experience helpful
3 years recruiting
3-5 years related experience
