Mission

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for continuing to develop our dealer network, establishing sales goals of dealers, and driving sales through the dealer network.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop the storage building business for all dealers within your district by establishing sales goals for existing dealers and opening new dealer locations. Meet or exceed established sales goals through intensive sales training and follow up. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales goals with dealers. Review strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets. Prepare monthly reports and provide to manager each month. You may need to perform other duties as assigned. Stay updated on the storage building industry and sales/marketing skills to be competitive. Ensure all dealers are promoting a positive company image by being knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented.

Educational Requirements

University Degree or equivalent Military Experience required

Skills

Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be competitive, aggressive, fearless, and driven to win. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Travel required. Must have a valid driver's license.

Territory

The territory for this position is Indiana. You must reside in the state of Indiana or Michigan.
