District Field Manager
As a District Manager your role will manage a team of up to ~50 part-time field reps within shared services that support sales, training on demand, roadshows, and merchandising assignments for some of the countries’ largest big box retailers.
Hire, train, coach, and provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to achieve company, client, and program objectives
Responsible to deliver field execution excellence by driving all sales, training, and operational metrics including timely completion of all projects
Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with our field representatives ensuring proper staffing levels to meet project demands
Ensure sales production of team is optimal at all times
Effectively manage direct reports by clearly articulating the steps to improve
Implementing measures to gauge improvement
Gather in-market and out-of-market competitive intelligence
Manage all program logistics in coordination with necessary T-ROC departments
Administrative responsibility to review and approve all payroll, timesheets, and expenses
Requirements for this Position:
You have 3+ years of field management experience preferably in a remote environment
Experience supporting multiple client projects simultaneously with success
Leadership 3+ years in hiring, training, coaching field reps
The ability to work a flexible schedule which includes a mix of weekday, weekend, and nights as needed as campaign needs arise
You have delivered overall field excellence by driving sales, training, and operational KPIs
Must be willing to travel if necessary
High School Education required
