Configuration/Data Management (CDM Support)

The duties include:
Reviewing 1692, 694, and 1696 forms for completeness and accuracy (ECPs, RFV, and SCNs).
Preparing the NAVAIR 4130 CCB Change Request Forms for AEA products.
Performing technical and logistics review and adjudication of comments related to ECPs, RAMECs, RFVs, and SCNs, and 4130 CCB Change Directive.
Prepare Decision Memorandums
Disposition of data deliverables for AEA products.
Uses discretion and latitude in applying government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. .

Familiarity and usage of the NAVAIR Change Management tool, ePower.
MUST have knowledge of the NAVAIR 4130.E Configuration Management policy.
Requires an AS or AA degree from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of recent and relevant technical experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
Allowable substitution: An additional two (2) years of recent and relevant technical experience may be substituted for an AS or AA degree. These two (2) years of experience are in addition to the required minimum of four (4) years to meet the "Experience" requirements above, therefore, requiring a total of six (6) years of experience.
Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program is required.
