Function Specific Activities:
Manager, Social and Digital Storytelling
The Manager, Social and Digital Storytelling will support the execution of 360-degree campaigns to promote and enhance the reputation of The Coca-Cola Company's brands and business in North America. The Manager, Social and Digital Storytelling will be focused on brand and business communications via multimedia channels, social media and Coca-Cola Journey.
This role is responsible for:
developing and providing content for social media and other communications channels that supports the company's brand and business communications objectives
managing and performing website editorial activities; monitoring and responding to feedback
identifying opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients, and/or the general public through strategic storytelling assets that bring to life the personalities of our business and our brands
supporting a wide range of brand PR campaigns through strategic ideation and supporting content to drive earned and social media impact
presenting ideas to marketing and communications teams to generate support for brand and business storytelling initiatives
Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in Social and Digital Communications and the ability to execute highly complex and specialized projects.
Advanced writing and visual storytelling across all mediums; deep social media and digital communications knowledge; project & budget management; Developing deep knowledge of the Company's issues and of the industry and its issues; Proficient in supporting 360 degree strategies and program across marketing and PAC disciplines - addressing key business issues and all key TCCC stakeholders, including identifying long-term impact of initiatives and measures of success (e.g. KPIs). Ability to adjust plans and alter course of action based on changing circumstances. Presenting to and “reading” an audience, adjusting delivery and dialogue techniques as appropriate.
Advanced writing and visual storytelling across all mediums
Agency and outside resource management, including budgeting
Coca-Cola System Understanding preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and demonstrate quality excellence
Bachelor Degree in Communications or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Required: 5 years related experience with exposure in media communications, internal and leadership communications and stakeholder/audience engagement
