As a fast-growing firm located in the heart of New Haven, CT. We are rapidly expanding and in need OUTGOING and POSITIVE candidates to fill a customer service position. At 37 Ways we specialize in coordinating events and promotions for our current clients.

A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for daily:

  • Event Coordination
  • maintaining business relationships with clients and customers
  • market research and development
  • customer and client acquisitions
  • customer data entry
  • advertising for the events
  • weekly sitting in on workshops, marketing meeting, conferences
  • business development
  • daily event planning
  • holding sales presentations at the events

We will train for this position! We are looking for candidates with outstanding people skills that may have experience in customer service fields such as: retail, restaurant industries or hospitality. These candidates will ideally have the ability to adapt to a business environment - and most importantly possess leadership skills or are willing to learn the skills necessary to be successful.

After a proven track record, an opportunity for advancement into a Branch Manager position will be provided. Branch Managers handle the administrator side as well as the human resources, advertising, training, payroll, finance, promotions, operations and overall growth of the company and organization.

  • We are currently filling part time and full time positions. We also have paid internships available for college students.

Salary: $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year
