We are currently seeking applications for an Import Service Manager to oversee our Nissan dealership Service Department. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated success in their field. We want a candidate that is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. We are looking for a candidate that has experience with Toyota, Mazda, Nissan and/or Honda. This position has great income potential!!!

We are looking for a long-term, goal oriented, highly driven candidate to join our amazing team!

Job Requirements:

  • Strong people management and leadership skills, motivational, supportive, assertive and decisive
  • Certifications are a great advantage!
  • Automobile dealership experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in service department
  • Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Speaking Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of the automotive service industry and the ability to identify the problem quickly.
  • Good people skills – both staff and customer.
  • Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record
