Job Description:
The Account Service Representative will assist our Relationship Managers in providing best of class service to our clients. The Account Service Representative will work to determine vested benefits, reconciling trust assets including participant loans and contributions.

The Account Service Representative will:
Assist with compliance testing and form 5500 preparation while working collaboratively with Client Service Mangers to service all client requests.
Provide client support and customer service on day to day issues with clients by responding both orally and via written communication.

Requirements for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, economics, or business.
Must have superior client service skills.
Advanced excel experience.
Proactive and resourceful.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build internal relationships and communicate effectively with others.
Must have exceptional organization skills, strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.

It is a requirement of this job to consistently report to work as scheduled, be on time, and remain at work for entire assigned shift.
