We presently have an opportunity for a Tax Manager in Finance & Administration. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing or assisting with preparation of tax planning, research and compliance for PGA TOUR, Inc. and related entities. The PGA TOUR is a tax-exempt business league and a parent to a for-profit consolidated group made up of 50 entities located throughout the United States, six different foreign office locations, four joint ventures, one large charitable organization and ten smaller charitable organizations.

Qualified candidates will have the following:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, CPA required; Master’s degree preferred
A minimum of four years of tax experience with a large or medium sized public accounting firm with a focus on consolidated corporate tax groups. Total experience level of six years with at least one year at the tax manager level.
Experience with tax-exempt entities strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication and research skills required along with demonstrated ability to manage staff, clients and projects
Advanced level use of Thomsonreuters OneSource or GoSystem tax compliant software
High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Writer is required
Proficient in RIA, BNA or Westlaw for tax research

Responsibilities:
Prepare or manage various US tax compliance projects
Tax research in relation to tax laws which impact tax-exempt entities
Prepare or manage communication to all IRS and state DORs audits, notices and questions
Support and aid in the evaluation of various corporate tax structures which minimizes international, US and state income tax and exposure for all operating entities
