Our client is looking for a Recruiter for their rapidly growing tech business in Montclair, NJ. The client is seeking someone who can jump in and really take the reins on all aspects of Talent Acquisitions.
Position Overview: The Recruiter will take on all levels of recruitment from entry level roles to high level executives. They want a Recruiter who is well-versed in IT and can collaborate with the existing HR Team on developing and implementing best practices and procedures. The Recruiter will work normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Actively work job boards and internal postings to identified qualified candidates
Work with hiring managers to identify hard and soft skills necessary for open positions
Assist in other HR duties such as on-boarding, off-boarding, etc
Collaborate on developing an internal recruiting system
Maintain exceptional internal relations and timely updates regarding the status of available positions
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and administer all pre-employment assessments
Coordinate interviews with the management team and candidates
Manage candidate expectations along the talent acquisition process
Prepare offer letters and coordinate all new hire paperwork
Qualifications for the Recruiter:
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and natural networking
2-3 years of previous recruiting experience
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Awesome attitude, personality and willingness to take on any task
