As the Retail Brand Concepts Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of seasonal retail concept frameworks that power a distinctive in-store experience for Nike Direct Store Concepts. You will be responsible for balancing the art & the science of storytelling, visual merchandising and in-store experiences. You will be accountable to help drive best in class retail experiences that ultimately inspire, power and serve the geographies, territories and key cities.
Compile seasonal strategies for Nike Direct Store Concepts through an intentional omni-channel approach.
Support the development of briefs for new Nike Direct Store Concepts in behalf of the Global Nike Direct Stores Brand team; and partners with Global Retail Concepts, Store Design & Retail Brand Design teams to deliver against the strategic vision.
Partners with Retail Brand Categories, Visual Merchandising & Styling and Stores Marketing to help develop, drive and execute an inspiring and integrated in-store member first journey.
Collaborate with Stores Marketing and Digital Product team to bring key services to life across Nike Direct Concepts (e.g. Nike App @ Retail and Nike by You).
Deliver fewer, bigger, bolder product stories that amass firepower against our most important innovations.
Serve geos with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling flawless execution for Nike Direct priorities.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communications, etc.)
3+ years work experience in the following (or a combination of): Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Space Planning, Event/Experience Design
2 additional years required in lieu of a degree
In-depth knowledge of the Global Marketplace with an understanding of the competitive market, consumers and retail trends
Prior experience leading projects
Prior experience in the fashion or sportswear industry
High-level thinker with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation
Multi-tasking capabilities, with ability to project manage and/or work on a variety of different projects and workstreams at one time
Strong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spirit

Affinity for sport, fashion and retail
