As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring any claims against the Bank (or client) are reported and closely followed until closed. The Customer Service Representative will respond to and manage client inquiries including cash, corporate action, dividends, tax reclaims, trade and other informational discrepancies. The Customer Service Representative will assume responsibility for the creation and implementation of projects that add value to the team and client service. Additional responsibilities will include creating quarterly / semi-annual scorecards to include trade settlement, tax reclaim, and dividend information in order to present to the client the status of their accounts / relationship with JPMorgan Chase. There is some travel involved for visits to the client to present semi-annual relationship reviews.
At least one year of relationship/account management experience
Knowledge of global and domestic securities settlements, dividends, tax reclaims and trades
Ability to process information
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to learn new mainframe systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
