Howard S. Wright (HSW), a Balfour Beatty Company in Portland, Oregon is seeking an Interiors Project Manager. This position will work on projects less than $10 million and primarily include office and tenant building improvements.The Interiors Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Nine years or more of experience in commercial construction project management related to Interior job-sites.
Three years or more of direct supervisory experience related to staff and subcontractors.
Previous TI experience, multi-tasking two or more projects at once.
Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
Previous or current Interiors project history with office and tenant building improvements between $1M to $10M, very helpful.
