The US Acute Renal division is seeking a digital thought leader who will raise the bar for the existing Digital Marketing Program. The successful candidate will:
Further develop digital programs around our marketing strategy, invest in themselves to gain industry-leading digital capabilities, and develop quick, easy access to the data/digital tools we need to be effective in communicating our value proposition to our customers.
Manage/grow the existing digital marketing program for the US Acute Renal portfolio, including all aspects of downstream customer-facing digital marketing engagement and all upstream measurement and capability expansion.
Offer a national purview, creating and running campaigns that span our customers across the US.
Execute day-to-day operational performance of existing digital marketing program/tools, including planning/execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Expand digital marketing strategy beyond existing capabilities in sync with overall strategic goals for the business, including driving double digit growth annually through measurable customer engagement metrics
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence, connecting with customers across multiple platforms in a cohesive program that communicates the US Acute Renal value proposition
Measures/reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against both strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifies trends/insights; optimizes spend and performance based on those key insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to create anchoring content/optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Develops digital marketing awareness for broader team by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to build, foster and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Strong results orientation and analytical skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Demonstrated ability to interpret market research and secondary analysis and translate into actionable tactics.
Ability to develop and track metrics and effectively communicate progress and results
Excellent project management and quantitative skills.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Financial planning, strategy and budget optimization acumen
Strong communication skills, including presenting concepts and ideas in a clear, succinct, and organized manner
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years’ digital marketing experience, including managing digital campaigns at a national level
Strong analytical skills in Excel or other data management and reporting SW
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Software skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Tableau or other internal reporting platforms
Preferred/not required: Healthcare experience and demonstrated ability to place controls to assure Regulatory compliance
