· Competitive Salary: $41,800* to $51,100+* which includes: ($17.00/hour to $20.00/hour pay not including $6,500 - $9,500 total monthly & annual bonus compensation*. *Please review bonus compensation during in-person interview for more details. Duties:
1. Communicate benefits of DSA LLC & DRA LLC services offered to potential and current clients.
2. Update client information in Party & Intake record using Salesforce CRM.
3. Contact clients using inbound & outbound calls, email correspondence, letters, SMS messaging, etc.
4. Input data from client intake into forms for client review.
5. Comply with company Best Practice Standards to ensure quality and consistency of work product.
6. Diplomatically resolve any customer service issues with current clients.
7. Perform case management services to follow up weekly / monthly with prospective clients to ensure conversion for their Matter Type.
8. Assist Case Managers update data as needed in Party records and draft / finalize resumes from Intake record for Case Manager review.
9. Refer clients to community resources as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Communicate professionally with team members as well as members of the public.
11. Draft “Proof of Relationship” POR Payment Requests for Management Review.
12. Draft “BSNA” Draft Reports for Case Managers to provide to clients.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma required; Associates Degree / Bachelors Degree preferred.
2. Past work experience using a CRM system preferred.
3. Outgoing, sales oriented, customer service focused personality is a plus.
4. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
5. Ability to type fast and navigate web-based programs is required.
6. Past work handling a high degree of responsibility, leadership, and multi-tasking is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
