As a Starbucks director, Ordering Experience, you will . . .
Be responsible for the design and execution of customer ordering experiences to optimize, enhance, and ultimately transform how customers order and get products at Starbucks, creating an unparalleled digital-meets-physical ordering experience; own strategy and roadmap covering everything from core business operations (MOP) to net-new experiences
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of six
Drive repeat digital ordering in MOP by removing friction and adding features to the end-to-end experience
Deliver new customer experiences enabled by Starbucks digital ordering and new technology partnerships (i.e., Curbside Pickup)
Create new digital ordering channels enabled by 3rd parties
Optimize the customer and partner experience in store (related to digital ordering channel fulfillment)
Partner with technology teams to bring business requirements to Tech projects (i.e. SPC, PDX, etc.)
We’d love to hear from people with experience in:
Strategy and Business Case development, in partnership with finance and marketing
Customer centric problem-solving leveraging HCD methodologies
Product & Program management leveraging agile methodologies
Operational “execution-to-launch experience
Analytical problem solving
Project management, tracking progress against roadmap
Cross-functional collaboration to drive work forward and remove roadblocks
Technical capabilities and dependencies
Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
5 or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management
5 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation
