Job Summary: Work with Head of CRM to develop, execute, and manage personalized communication streams supporting the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate will focus on big data, customer segmentation, detailed reporting, and campaign execution.

Principal Responsibilities:
Development of data driven strategies ensuring the right customer receives the right message at the right time in the right channel.
Leveraging your understanding of big data, data mining, segmentation, and reporting to increase key performance indicators of lead conversion, incremental revenue, and overall vehicle sales across Tier 1-3 platforms and media.
Ensure transition from 1-to-many marketing strategy to 1-1 customized marketing cadence utilizing unique customer journeys in SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform and related toolkits
Lead partner agencies to execute personalized marketing strategies and tactics to maximize brand engagement and advocacy
Develop close relationships with digital content manager and social team to inspire ideas and ensure consistency in messaging and creative across channels to help drive the most impactful cross-channel customer experience.
Develop data capture strategy to link all customer data to build 360 view of customers.
Assist with development of Loyalty program that encompass mobile, digital, and traditional channels.
Support Regional teams to develop tactical campaign support and drive new/CPO vehicle sales and service revenue with focus on speed-to-market, template driven digital strategies to respond to immediate market needs.

Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or data analytics.
2-3 years of experience in CRM.
1-3 years experience in SalesForce DMP/Marketing Cloud experiences preferred but not essential.
Strong project management skills within team-based projects and cross-functional team engagement
Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment that focuses on multiple tasks and deadlines.
