Job Description for Administrative Assistant:
We are seeking a part-time appointment setter to join our growing office. You are calling people who submit their information, so they are expecting your call. We offer a professional and fun atmosphere that doesn’t take things too seriously! We work as a team and individually. We are seeking an individual who will work well with our team and fit into the fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Hours for Administrative Assistant: Monday-Friday, 12 PM-5PM
Pay for Administrative Assistant: $15.00-18.00/hour
Type of Administrative Assistant position: Part-time, long-term contract
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
You are assisting with administrative duties. You will be required to handle all incoming calls and transfer them appropriately, otherwise taking detailed messages. You will handle all incoming traffic and distribute appointments necessarily. You will be confirming appointments over the phone and do what it takes to keep the office organized, stocked and efficiently flowing. You should be more than comfortable on the phone and have great people skills. You are organized, efficient and pleasant to be around. You're the first person people will see!
