Job Description: Provide administrative support, including (but not limited to) preparation of Payroll, various reports and correspondence, special projects, scheduling and coordinating of meetings and appointments. Screening, interviewing, and hiring medical staff
Specific duties: Serving as executive receptionist/gatekeeper and representing the office in a positive manner * Maintaining executive meeting and travel schedules * Reviewing and coordinating correspondence for executive signature, including e-mail, internal and external correspondence * Drafting, coordinating and preparing briefing materials and presentations for executive use at staff meetings and similar functions * Preparing reports to include Payroll, expense and personnel * Preparing Cultivating and maintaining positive and professional relationships with executive and subsidiary staff including clients, patients, vendors, & customers * Overseeing supplies and equipment inventory * Assist with government contract preparations and responses * ability to hire approximately 10 people a week
Requirements: Trustworthy, motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as have the ability to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management and prioritization skills able to work in a fast paced environment. Strong phone etiquette and diplomacy * Excellent proofreading skills * Recruiting and interviewing skills a must.
Qualifications: College degree or some college. Prior military experience also preferred. Must be able to pass a background check
Software experience: Wide range of office software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications (word, outlook, access, excel, powerpoint). Ability in website design and capable of updating the website once or twice a month
Experience: Minimum 3 year experience as Office Clerk
